School Empowerment Program
The PLCC offers comprehensive programs that promote student achievement and wellbeing. The divisional programs are comprehensive in scope, preventative in design and developmental in nature. We provide both direct and indirect services to our clients.
At PLCC we believe the elementary years are a time when students begin to develop their self-concept and their feelings of competence and confidence as learners. They are beginning to develop decision-making, communication, and life skills, as well as character values.
